Performance Monitoring

Hey Folks, I am interested in setting up several coutners:

 

Great Plains Application

Network Traffic

Terminal Services

SQL

 

As you cna see, its a GP app hosted over TS with a SQL backend located in a

remote site. So I want to break down every component and monitor the

performance of each to troubleshoot where my bottleneck is.

 

Does anyone know what the top best counters to include in the respective

levels?
