Setup has detected vs. of product different than OS

Hello,

I have a vunerability MS07-053 (KB939778) I would like to patch. My OS is

server 2003 SP2 Standard Edition. The patch I selected is for the named above

OS and service pack and the component(s) I selected to download is Windows

Services for UNIX 3.0/3.5 as well.

The file names that I downloaded respectively are :

SFU3-KB939778-x86-enu.exe --> UNIX 3.0

SFU35-KB939778-x86-enu.exe --> UNIX 3.5

When I try to load either one of these I get this error message:

Setup has detected that the version of the system installed does not match

the version number of any of the updates that are packaged in this hotfix.

Help!! I know I have the OS right and I picked the right patches for the

operating system and they are 32 bit. I donot understand why I am getting

this message.

Maybe I donot have a vunerability even though it's reported. Is there away

to see if MS Win Services for UNIX Vs 3.0 or 3.5 is actually installed?

Any help would bw greatly appreciated
