UK Media Centre Users: ITV channel guide?

I can't get a channel guide for ITV1 or ITV2 through Media Center. All the other channels are there (including ITV3 and ITV4), and I get the*digital TV picture without problems, just not the guide.* Does anyone else have this problem?

 

They appear fine through the EPG on my Freeview DVR (so I know they exist), but not through Media Center.

 

It's been like this for a while, and I've been through setup several times, but no joy.

 

Any clues?
