Accessing event logs and services from a remote Server

Hi,

 

Does anyone know which permissions / settings are required to allow a user

to remotely access the Services and Event Logs of a Windows Server via the

MMC Snap Ins?

 

I need to allow a group of users read-only access to this information from

one central Server. I don't want the users to have Domain Admin rights.

 

Currently, the users have read-only access to the logs when they are logged

in locally, but they have no access when connecting from the MMC of another

Server.

 

Any help would be appreciated!!!
