script accessing files by http (error 500) - please opine!

Hi - if anyone can offer a suggestion, that would be great!

 

I have a script, running on a win2003 server that won't download a file via

http. It gives an http 500 error. Are there permissions, or limitations,

etc that have to be set/overcome to do this? I expect the script isrunning

as a guest or internet user process, and this may be a factor.
