Guest Leonard Posted January 25, 2008 Posted January 25, 2008 WE have just had sage 200CRM installed on out windows 2003 std server, this can be accessed by users when they are outside the office, but when we typen in the address <IP>/crmlive/eware.dll we get the logon screen and after the user name and password are entered we just get a blank page, if we leave it long enough we start to see menues but no graphics but still its not usable the crm us listed under the default website in IIS We have a second 2003 server running exchange here we could use OWA which used the same port 80 but this port was forwarded by the server to the exchange box I have had to tell the server not to forward this as the main server needs port 80 any ideas how i ge the crm to work correctly as in the office it works fine my crm supplier tells me that its a firewall setting but no idea what on my netgeat firewall I have set a run to open port 80 outbound, but it already had it open by default HELP Thanks
