cazza Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 hi,i have been reading up on how to fix this problem,but when i try to do a recovery from xp disc i find that i have 1 f:\miniNT 2 f:1386 3 c\windows i dont know what this is all about,but it wont do a repair when i enter number 3. please can someone help me as i cant get into my pc. thanks cazza Quote

Tootech Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Select number 3 3 c\windows It is bascially a list of all available parts of your drive and it is asking you which one you want to log on to and work on. I'd try the bootcfg fix first detailed in Maynards post - if you need more help with it just ask. Quote
