Dean1050 Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 hi, I would like to clear my old computer as it was when i bought it about 5 years ago. I have done this with Vista and it was very easy all i had to do was tapp the F8 key on start up and follow the on screen prompts, i didnt need any recovery disks it restored it from a section on the hard drive, was a peice of cake! With XP do i need the disks?? I can't remember if i got them with the computer as it was so long ago! When i tapp F8 it comes up with a different screen................................
