Virtual Memory too low

Hello,

i am facing with this issue:

--one W2k3 Enterprise Edition SP1

--6 GB of physical RAM

--PageFile size 4092MB(set up manually 2048M-4092M)

from time to time i get "Virtual Memory too slow".

Now i am wondering why is this?

Do i have to add /PAE or /3GB or increase PageFile size?
