connecting laptop to internet

Im having trouble with a wireless laptop (using vista) connecting wirelessly to internet through an Orange Livebox. It connects OK by cable.

The laptop can "see" the Livebox network connection on the list and but I type in the security code and try to connect I get a message to "reset wireless router or access". Please tell me how I can do this.

have a look on the back of your router for a small reset button :)
