Pricetag is estimated at around $155 million. A bargin imo compared to Sun's $1 billion dollar acquisition of MySQL. Trolltech is the authors of Qt, a cross-platform framework for developing GUI applications and the foundation of the KDE desktop. This is somewhat interesting seeing how Nokia invested some money into developing the competing GTK+ toolkit (the toolkit behind the Gnome desktop).
