Upgrade from Web Edition to Std Edition

I need to know if I can upgrade from Server 2003 Web edition to Server 2003

Std edition? I have a full retail copy of both and need to upgrade to Std so

I can use 4GB of ram. The 2GB limit in the Web edition is just not cutting

it for my purpose.
