netstat - try netstat -? for the available options.

netstat dont give you services and ports. just ports

It is netstat -abno. Also, it exists a small freeware application which will

give you what you want in a graphical form: active ports.

A bit confusing what you're asking. Do you need to know what's coming

in and out on the network or what app is running. If it's an app, use

Process Explorer 11.04. If it related to network, use CurrPorts 1.32.

Active Ports was good in it's day, CurrPorts is much better and is

still being developed.
