Hello Bradley.

Is your sound card a Realtek?

Why I ask that is Realtek come usaly with there own software to adjust sound, bass etc.

Intel usaly also includes there own software.

Do you have a loudspeaker icon on the right hand side of the bottom task bar? if you do, double click it, all the volume controls should open, under the main play control, is there a box labelled "Advanced"? If so that should open the bass and treble controls.

I have realtek hd audio manager, and the problem is in the drop down menu of devices there is only stereo or 5.1 or 7.1 not 2.1 apart from that on any other options, there is nothing to adjust the base.

i've been onto the realtek website but cant find my device number...
