Hi Nev...

I've just recently joined this site, so have spent a fair bit of time reading existing threads with a view to expanding my some what limited knowledge of how to fix computers. I've been helping out friends and family for a few years now...It's more a hobby for me than work.

 

When I came across your flow chart it made me laugh out loud!!....I can't speak for other folk, but the chart demonstrates the method I use for over 90% of the time. Thanks for posting....

 

PS. Please don't tell my brother and sister...as at the moment they just think I'm very clever...Lol
