Windows Server Defragment at Boot

Is there a clever way to defragment the C: drive in Windows Server 2000

and/or 2003 from a boot disk (floppy or CD) using dfrg.msc? Obviously it's

better to defrag the C: drive before it loads applications, etc. Thanks.

Set up a Scheduled Task to run defrag.exe either weekly or monthly

rather than fiddling around with .msc. Once you set it, you can forget

it.
