Cannot telnet to Exchange 2003

I setup HP Insight manager on a server. I set all of the snmp traps on the

other 5 servers to point to this server so it can log the details. BUT I

cant figure out how to establish the Alert manager. I have narrowed the

problem to the fact that i cannot telnet from server 1 to Exchange2003server.

It fails as it does from the other Win2k3 servers. Is there a specific

setting or permission on the Exchange server OR the regular W2K3 servers that

I am missing?
