Redirect data folders

Hi

I have a data folder on a network share. When some one opens that

folder

I need to redirect him into another folder on another server.

Is there a way to do that.

Hi Ayman,

 

There really isn't a way to redirect a subfolder in a share to another UNC

path. What is the business issue that you are trying to overcome by doing

this? Perhaps there is a better way to handle the need?

 

The only option that comes close would be mapping a subfolder to another

disk volume using a mount point. This would allow you to house a "subfolder"

on a different physical disk.
