Guest Azeem Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 Hi, After spending the tones of manual efforts on collecting list services that are running on servers I realized that I can find some help here at Microsoft Communities. I have some 20+ list of services which I need to collect the information and status of these services on all the Servers. Can anyone tell me how to get the list services running on my network (Workgroup) and generate .csv or any other output file? Is there any script that I can have to generate the status of the required services? Is there any automated way to gather this information by providing credentials and servers? Thanks in Advance.

Guest net_admin Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 RE: Show status of services Use sc.exe utility to query the status of the services. To do that for a bunch of servers, use for cmd and read a text file. -- NetAdmin <São Paulo, BR> "Azeem" wrote: > Hi, > > After spending the tones of manual efforts on collecting list services that > are running on servers I realized that I can find some help here at Microsoft > Communities. > > I have some 20+ list of services which I need to collect the information and > status of these services on all the Servers.
