503 Bad sequense of commands. (C#)

I'm using WebClient.DownloadFile to download 716 files from a FTP server. Sometimes I receive a 503 error message. Not always the same files, sometimes I receive one error message and sometimes I can get about 20. With Explorer, everything always work fines.

 

What can cause a 503 error message ? How can I avoid it ?
