One of my favourite sites for material is http://www.codeproject.com/

You can get all sorts of goodies and inspiration. It is now quite common for it to take 20 minutes to an hour to actally get to the site because it scarcely ever works. Google ranking is poor and if ever a site did need an update/upgrade, this would be it.

 

http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/ is brand new and there is very little code. If you post code regularly, please post at both sites, and if things don't change go for MSDN.
