rustyboy Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 Hello i hope that you can help me,Ihave a toshiba laptop with a 80gb hard drive using Vista Premium....I am getting to a point now where memory on my C DISK is virtually zero,i have had to uninstall a few programs and clean the whole disk up to have any space for some programs to start up.I have deleted all of the files that i can but it still keeps disappearing.I have recently compressed the E DISK that was as low as 300MB but after compression it went back up to 30GB so i started to move some programs over to that but not all programs will go onto it. I checked the amount of memory in my files and common files but they were only about 2 GB in size and i am scratching my head as to where all the memory has gone on the C DISK??????????? I went into the properties on the C DISK and saw the compress option but am weary of doing it unless programs and the operating system on it fail to work. I hope that someone can Please,Please,Please help me get my disk space back!!! Regards Quote
