Guest Saral6978 Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Re: Very Strange Permissions issue I have seen this happen but only with Win2003 R2 - I can't run EXE files across the network from a share when trying to install something from server to server. I figured it was some sort of Security feature. I've never figured out how to fix that. I always end up copying the EXE file to the server I'm installing it to, then I have to Right-click on the EXE, go to Properties, and then "Unblock" the exe so I can install it. Have you tried that to see if that would work as a test?
