USB Memory Stick Problem

I had to do a clean install of Windows Vista and backed up my important files to a USB Memory Stick BUT I forgot to remove the USB Stick when I rebooted the PC and now when I try to use it it says I should format it first, when I try to format it it says that due to an error it can't be formatted! Does anyone know how I can use the USB Stick again or even get the files back that I stored on it? :mad::mad::mad:

Hello there,you need a recovery software.

 

However it is possible not all files with be recovered or even some maybe corrupt.
