The Performance Logs and Alerts service entered the stopped state

Hi.

 

Cannot start the "performance logs and alerts service".

I try change account to system account, local administrator, etc. and cannot

start service.

This problem began after installing Nero 8.

If someone has information on the matter would appreciate it.

This service only starts when required.
