Hi not been here for a while

 

Acronis true image home pro 11

While making schedule backup I NOW get "Module error code 4 (0x4004)

I make a daily backup to a dedicated external hard drive. This error has only occurred after about a month.

I have emptied the recycle bin as requested

However if you are making a backup every day, how full is the external drive? is Acronis set up to delete previous backups?

I am wondering if the drive is now full is all.

1 tetra HD only used for back.

 

Used Space 217 GB

Free space 713 GB

 

is Acronis set up to delete previous backups?

No not set up for deletion

 

I am wondering if the drive is now full is all.
