VPN + RDC = NO GO? SBS 2k3?

I'm in the middle of converting our SBS 4.5 (NT4) server to a 2k3

server. We're currently using some Cisco hardware to VPN to the

office, and then remote desktop to a workstation by hostname.

 

This works fine with NT4. If I change my workstation to the new

domain I can log in once. Then if I try to log again later I get a

message that I do not have access to logon to the session.

 

I'm trying to figure out what's going on here? Is this something to

do with terminal server licensing on 2003? It seems a bit odd that

I'd be affected by this since I am using some VPN hardware rather than

the tsweb on the 2003 default webpage to connect to our workstations.

 

Can anyone gives me any insight as to what is going on?
