Server Upgrade Issues

I recently upgraded a terminal server from Standard to Enterprise and

am looking at the following issues.

Users still get Profile cannot load...insufficient resources errors

(1500, 1508)

 

When I create a new user their default netuser.dat file is now 7,936

KB rather than 512 KB.

 

Those are the two big deals for the moment.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
