Slow "using print screen" to copy to local client

Using the print screen from withing a TS session into a local Microsoft

office word document is very slow. This can take up to 100 seconds before the

image is transferred into the MS Word. The strange thing is that other users

dont experience this problem. This might happen if the user is connected on

the loca LAN itself. This makes be believe it might be a profile problem, but

I,m not sure

Anyone experience something similar and advice?

Are the other users that are not experiencing this problems using the same

TS server and the same printers?

Thx. Alice

They are using the same TS server, but I believe they are not using the same

printer. Could the issue be related to printers?

It's hard to tell what the issue is from the distance, but it could be an

issue with the printer.
