Failed to Uninstall SP2 on Windows 2003 Standard SP1... Need helpdesperately

hi guru,

 

Just found that I have to install ADAM SP1 before installing W2K3 SP2,

then I have the SP2 uninstalled as below,

However, during the uninstallation process, it failed in the first

place and saying "Cannot locate specific files"... then I have it run

again, the wizard passed " Inspecting current configuration", "

Checking Necessary Space"and " Stopping Services". And it stayed at

the "Restoring Catalogs" for half an hour already.

This is a Proxy server

I have disabled the real-time scanning from my Symantec

 

What should I do next?
