TS Web Monitoring

Does anyone know of any free or inexpensive software to do web url

monitoring of my terminal services users? I've tried the packet sniffer

Wireshark on my network but all it shows is the IP address of my application

server which all users go through for the Internet but not down to the user

level. I'm not wanting to do web filtering but just create some simple

reports of what users are going where.
