Mail server got problem!

Dear all,

 

Please help me with mail server. It always ask me to type password. I

use exchage POP3 5.0 mail server. And when I send/received it says

failed to log on to incoming mail server (POP3). This problem occur

only a user but other is ok.

 

Could you please help me with this? It is urgent for me.

If it works OK for one user but not the other then it would appear to

be an authentication problem, so check that the server name, username

and password are correct and that the account has not been disabled.

 

Is this a new account, or has it worked previously ?
