Jelly Bean Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Hello and welcome. Please do not appoligies for being dyslexic I have a nephew who is and he does perfectly well in college with me as his home tutor.I understand your post perfectly well. Ok firstly I would like to ask is your XP on the computer FAT 32 or NTFS? Then I would like to ask is the USB pen drive formatted to FAT 32 or NTFS? You can simply check this by plugging in the USB pen drive and open disk defragmentation. Quote Rwy'n ceisio fy ngorau......................
shadz Posted November 11, 2009 Author Posted November 11, 2009 hi jelly bean the computers are all ntfs in the house and the USB pen drive is fat 32 if this helps thanks Quote
Jelly Bean Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 You will have to open "My Computer" and right click on the USB pen drive and choose format. Then from drop down list choose NTFS not FAT 32. Then format and try loading files again. Quote Rwy'n ceisio fy ngorau......................
