User cannot copy using terminal server 2003 on a published desktop

I have a user who logs onto a terminal server 2003 desktop. She spends most

of her time using a published application from another terminal server. She

needs to copy text from Outlook to the published app. Although we were able

to accomplish this using terminal server 2000, we cannot copy from Outlook to

the published app with Terminal server 2003. I am sure that this is a

security setting. Where should I be looking?

Hi Linda,

 

Make sure you have not disabled the Clipboard mapping in Terminal Services

Configuration.
