Accessing Properties on unknown types.

Hey all.

 

I have a Generic.list(of windows.controls.Control)

 

I KNOW that all the items in the collection have a .Text property.

 

However, 'Control' doesn't have a text property.

 

The trouble is, there are 4 or 5 different types within the list, so I cannot make the list more specific than 'Control'.

 

*Is there any way I can access these properties, without having to have an Elseif and directcasting for each type?
