Haha, I'm kidding, but I disabled my good graphics plugin, noticed quality was bad, and then disabled the plug and play one too so :S any help at all is VERY much appreciated here as im pretty much in the dark and would hate to have to reformat at this stage.

you may have to boot into safe mode to as jelly bean suggested.
