Acer Aspire M3802 or Matrix PII Pro

Hey my name is Jonny. I am interested in buying one of these pcs(links below) or similar. but not entirely sure which one. i have a reasonable understanding of pc's(i can change the ram or make a website lol) but i dont want to get a naf one because its for my 18th from my dad (woop). any advice in all aspects of the quality and how "future proof" they are.
