How can I tell if ReadyBoost is working?

I have a 4 Gb Jump drive that I just bought, when I plugged it in, Vista asked me if I wanted to enable readyboost, and I did.

 

How can I tell if it's actually being used?

 

I think it's odd, that

* 1) I haven't noticed any speed improvements

* 2) When I insert an SD Card, Vista asks me if I want to use that*** card for ReadyBoost.

 

 

Can anyone clarify for me?
