Hi again everyone I am having a problem with my logitech rx720 wireless laser mouse, it becomes most apparent when my wife plays solitaire it seems to freeze. I was originally using XP and have just upgraded to windows 7 ultimate but the problem is the same with both, the surface I am using it on is an everyday office or maybe kitchen work top when it freezes if moved about randomly it comes back to life I have renewed the batteries and that has not made any difference any suggestions gratefully received thanks Chris

Hi

Does it do the same on a different computer?

It could be interference from other devices that can cause this.

Windows 7 will already have all the drivers you need for it. The software if there was any would be for additional mouse functions that some have.

If it doesn't work on two machines it's probably the mouse itself.
