Hi and welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help.

The best place to ask will be the hard drives section of the hardware forum, post your question there with as much relevant information as possible, and I am sure we will be able to offer some advice there, thanks.

Sorry if I'm not doing this properly, but I couldn't find an "Edit Post" option (though I think I saw one earlier). I have a Ghost 10 backup of a clean install, but I don't want to have to reinstall all the programs I've added. Can anyone tell me which folder would contain Windows Explorer? Maybe just recovering that Folder would work?

This is happening to me also. Did anyone answer you and did you find out how to fix the problem?
