Time out Issue

Anybody who is the admin group does not time out. The rest time out after 5

minutes of idle time. User setting in AD have been set to never. In terminal

services rdp protocol manager has been set to never. Time out in GPO has

been to never. Why are my normal users still timing out?

Have you tried running RSOP.msc (or gpresult) to determine whether you might

have multiple GPOs with conflicting settings that come into play here?
