Hi

I have a HP Media Centre 7000 PC together with a HP PSC1510 printer/scanner. While reloading the software for the printer, my PC crashed and since then I have been unable to access the internet in normal mode using either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. I can connect while using safe mode.

I have checked everything within the tools section of IE however nothing I do seems to work.

Any suggestions please.

Thanks in advance

Thanks Danzil.

It was the original disc. I have done as suggested however as I am in the process of changing phone lines my internet is down at present and cannot confirm if working properly.

It is however reacting differently when trying to load so fingers crossed.

Will post back when reconnected.

Thanks so much again.
