Trouble with a uSB flash Drive

I have tried all troubleshooting. I have a USB2.0 flash drive to transfer

things back and forth between my laptop and desktop. My Paltop with

Windows XP will not recognize it. It is made by innovera.

If you are using a usb hub, try without the hub.
