prevent saving of file shared on server to desktop pc

Hi all. I understand that i can protect the files shared on my server by

assigning read only rights to users. But these users can save a copy of such

files to their own pc for example ms word files. Is there any microsoft tools

or methods i can use to prevent this? Thks in advance.
