Root CA has hundreds of Pending requests

Hi

 

I have recently installed a new certificate Authority on a DC in our

organisation, now since then i have hundreds of Pending certificate request

for all the other DCs in our organisation. my question is, is this normal?

Should i just approve the certificates? why is it doing this?
