Office 2003 on Terminal Server & Office profiles

We have a Terminal server with office 2003 installed. When running the office

profile wizard to restore a users settings at logon, the following error is

encountered:

 

Cannot create or restore the registry value: \software\microsoft\active

setup\optional component Sync\{44BBA840-CC51-11CF-AAFA-00AA00B6015C]

 

I've used regmon to monitor it, and the profile wizard is attempting to

restore the profile to the default user profile, not the profile of the

person who is logging on the the terminal server.

 

Any idea why this is happening, and how can I restore a users office

settings (including mapi profile) during logon.
