RandyL Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 With the disk in the computer can you go to My Computer and view the contents of the disk? If so there should be an exe file you can run. Is this the error? Amcap: What to do if I get the Error message: Sorry, you have no video capture hardware? Quote We are all members helping other members. RandyL Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 Well it sounds like you followed the instructions correctly. I assume you also uninstalled the drivers first before reinstalling them like the instructions said. So if it isn't a software installation issue it might be one of two things. 1. The usb port is faulty or the usb controllers need reinstalled. Will other devices work on the usb port? 2. The webcam is faulty. Can you try the webcam on a different computer? muppet rebecca Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I think you need to make sure though it's not the USB port itself just for future reference like randyl is it...said Quote
