ok. i'm up grading my 400W PSU to a 650W for the 8800 GTS. My question is this, are all PSU the same size?

And my RAM is a 1 GB A-DATA DDR2 800 and i want to add another 2 GB A-DATA DDR2 800. Is it better to go with same make RAM or should i look for cheaper RAM thats not made by A-DATA
