Usually only applicable to a network printer AFAIK....

AFAIK that only happens when you have a networked printer....

If you are using a Word document, add a Header.

Nope, local system sends it, so whatever you configure at the local

level will be what goes to the printer "wherever" it is. Please open

Properties, Advanced, and review the options.

I don't have any local printers so I can't, but I've never seen the

option to add a banner or a front sheet to a LOCAL printer. Why would

anyone need or want to?

Now a NETWORK (and that includes printing remotely on a shared printer)

is completely different.

The PDF writer part is treated as a printer, it has the button for the

separator page.
