How do I add tabbed browsing to Windows Explorer?

I have been seeing alot about adding tabbed browsing to Windows Explorer,

most either call for replacing explorer or downloading a program that hacks

the registry. Even Microsofts help and support has something that gives me

the idea that Internet Explorer 7 will allow me to explore MY Computer with

tabs via a registry hack. Unfortunatly Microsofts hack doesn't appear to work

and I do not trust unfamiliar programs that hack my registry nor do I like

what I am hearing about the replacement programs for W.E..

Any suggestions?

Hi,

> I have been seeing alot about adding tabbed browsing to Windows Explorer,

have been looking for that very long, too. Finally, some weeks ago, I´ve

found "QT TabBar" which does a very satisfying job on this.

You will find the freeware under

http://qttabbar.wikidot.com/

Have fun,

Dirk
